Superabsorbent, super performance

Our Kliniderm superabsorbent dressings are an excellent choice for heavily exuding chronic and acute wounds. It has high absorption and retention properties and can be used effectively under compression. The dressing consists of four different layers: a fluid-repellent backing layer for exudate retention and supporting patient comfort, a SAP inner core to lock and retain exudate and bacteria, an intermediate layer to distribute the exudate evenly and a hydrophilic wound contact layer that gently protects the wound bed and allows exudate to pass through.

Kliniderm superabsorbent dressing - sterile

Sterile dressing for heavily exuding wounds. This dressing does not adhere to the wound and is leak-proof due to its special moisture-repellent outer layer. Available in multiple sizes.

Kliniderm superabsorbent dressing – non-sterile

A non-sterile version of our superabsorbent dressing for heavily exuding wounds. It has the same non-adhering and leak-proof properties.
